Everbridge is a great company in a great industry. Like any company, it will have bumps in its journey. The leadership team in place have made strides in the right direction. Everbridge has been a great place to grow professionally and personally.

Every client call is different. Some similarities but never the same. The coworkers are helpful and good people.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Would always like more than 2% as it didn't reflect the work done. The ESP was added on which helped.

The ERG groups we have give employees an opportunity to connect with others they normally would not on a day to day basis.

I enjoy the people. We all work on a great product that can help keep people safe and that makes every day unique.

Transparency of information on what is going on at the company. They do a good job letting everyone know they care during tough economic times.

New Leadership is in place to make the adjustments needed after the CEO left on personal terms. New leadership has earned the employees respect with clear guidance and vision
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The bridge out communities continues to grow. In 2021, there were an increase of events that allowed Everbridge employees to network with other departments that they would not normally socialize with.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Everbridge has made drastic improvements (IE: Equity Grants and Annual Reviews). Ensure entry level salaries are competitive to Boston standards if we are going to continue to market Everbridge being in the Boston area.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Great people inside and outside of work. The people on the teams perform at their role and are good individuals. The team opens up to one another and we work through projects to meet deadlines.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Compensation is proposed to be Boston level. However, being in Burlington, they pay lower wages for the work done in our industry. Everbridge sets the industry standard but does not pay like a Boston company.
