Overall ++ with growing -- deriving from Sr mgm stalled in current uncertainty, now courage is needed in driving synergies and restructuring, a narrow-view ex-CEO, and much bureaucracy to simplify. Too much attention to stock trends, too little to credibility from brand reputation.

using the skills and learning gained on products to hone the value proposition and expand the offer and conquer new international markets

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Too long hours, too many emails to get things done, processes are cumbersome, and if some colleagues are most helpful, some are just ignoring the asks, making work strenuous.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

The manager sharing her vision and priorities and the visibility on each others' team members goals joined with the possibility to align to common goals and find synergies in each others' activities.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

The company has an important mission linked to safety and security and this influences the quality and drive of the people who work in this environment, their dedication and drive, which I like a lot.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

The mission we pursue is the most interesting part of working for this company. I am proud to be selling a product able to have such an impact on people's lives, companies' business, and Governements' credibility.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

All great people individually. As a team they appear fragmented and siloed along single product lines, we miss a bit the strategic vision, direction and priorities. Currently everything is priority so nothing really is and the workload is excessive.
