I work from home so my "culture" is my kitchen table, my dog and occasionally my kids...

Learning something new that helps me do my job better. I've just passed my 90th day mark and it gets better every day!

I love my team. We are a family. We are supportive of each other. No one relies on title. We are all treated with respect. We laugh every day. We have each other's backs. We breath each other's enthusiasm and make it our own. We have the greatest team of generous, hard working and intelligent people
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Jasmina Muller is the most conscientious manager I've ever had. She is patient, kind, intelligent, funny, open, and communicative. She tells us all the time she works for us - what we need is her job so we can do our job. And she walks the talk. I admire and respect this woman. She leads by example.
