Overall experience is great. Some area of improvement in terms of product requirements and how to better focus on what matter the most to our customers. Sometime, it feels we work on things just because it is the only thing ready to start working on, it impacts on motivation.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Salary have raised a lot in the current market, and it is hard to justify the same increase in salary when staying in the same role.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Mostly because my current role isn't my dream job. A lot of work to do that isn't very exciting, but need to be done. I don't think there's alternative for me within Everbridge
