Diverse cultural fit, respectful & passionate

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Lack of promotion, undervalued all due to 'no budget!!!!'

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Lack of career direction and promotion, successful employees not always rewarded for their work

What do you like best about the leadership team?

Early days with new structure but supportive and interested in me as a person

What are some of the best things about your team?

Positive, lots of different cultures together enjoying each others company. Strong personalities and a go for it attitude. unfortunately rarely recognised by senior management.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Lots of conversations regarding a levelling exercise to ensure staff are paid fairly and in line with market but very little action off the back of this. Far too many people underpaid compared to our competition.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Extremely positive culture within the team, always looking to do better and work smarter. Constant communication and feedback on how things are working and progressing. Unfortunately this is just the localised team, outside of this it is not positive at all.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Concentrate on retaining good staff rather than looking at new recruits/purchased companies. We are getting left behind and ignored. Far too much effort going into recruitment of new starters and not enough effort looking after existing staff who have taken Everbridge to where they are today.
