How nice and fairly I am treated by other staff, and the lack of drama

I like that it is clear that help is readily available, but (for the most part), I am left to get on with my work

Help is always available and there are regular check-ins, but outside of that, I am left to it. No micro-managing, which gives me time to keep up with the heavy work load
