Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
I was hired during the forst lockdown (which i am grateful for). My goal was to acquire further experience in my field and EVB has been a great fit for that. I feel that my timing in the companies growth position was perfect. Above all the support of my coworkers has been fantastic

My knoweldge of the technology and business is constantly improving

The team is fair, direct and make requests that provide them with valuable insights in to business activity.

There is a range of talents across different yet complimentary skillsets. My immediate team is driven and motivated to succeed

The knowledge i can gain about the markets i support and how we can use the tech stack to provide actionable insights relating to those markets
What are some of the best things about your team?
In my team there is a hi level of talent amongst each individual wide range of skillsets across the team itself. Each team member is very supportive, happy to take ownsership of all tasks no matter how complex and delivers to a high standard.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The enthusiasm to deliver excellent results whilst working smartly. My team is good at staying focused and not keeping busy for the sake of keeping busy. There are often too many different directives which can be confusing but my team has managed to simplify this so that we can work smart
What do you like best about the leadership team?
There is a desire to succeed, close holes in our reporting and tech stack and they are realistic. If i am unable to deliver on a goal i can provide reasons and a timeline for a solution and they are understanding. And when we deliver on a goal they are full of praise
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The people in my immediate teams, the fact that we are able to cover so many projects means that we are able to acheive a lot, and i feel that the company is open to try out new ideas and schemes to help drive the business forward - the door is never closed!
