We have a way of making things more complicated than they need to be, don't correct course when we have the time to making it harder down the line. However, it is a great company - we are doing something good for humanity and a proud to be a part of it.

My leadership is clear on the goals that drives us all and communicate effectively on what is needed from each of us to get there.

It's been quite open and transparent and information was made available freely where it affected regions. I would say we are in a better place than we were in December.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
This company is so used to dramatic changes that they have been trained to just shrug it off and move on. That said, everyone pulls their weight, is supportive and positive.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Some of the job levelling is out of whack and there is no constant, even within the same region, sometimes within the same country. Everyone comes with different experiences when they join EB but at the very least, for the same job, they should be in the same job code and salary band.
