I like that the company supports and encourages diversity, and makes effort in creating a comfortable working environment.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are enthusiastic they love what they do. And they also love to work together, there are no conflicts within the team.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I'm significantly underpaid for my position, but that originates from the previous company Everbridge acquired and my salary didn't get adjusted to an appropriate level.
What makes you most happy at work?
The fact that I'm part of a growing organization (at least at the location I'm working at) and I can learn new things day by day and I'm broadening my responsibilities as well.
