We need to be provided similar benefits to those the market is already providing. Only that way we will avoid people leaving. A lot of people already left for this reason in Europe
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
In some European countries we do not have any benefit the market is already providing like Private Health Insurance, Vouchers for lunch, Pension Plan, Death and Disability Insurance, etc. A previous step to provide benefits is to have a local entity and in Spain this is not yet created.
