I have really enjoyed working for my company. Although, now it has been acquired by Everbridge, I more appreciated the company before. There was more respect for our time. Everbridge has many useless wastes of our time. Example being that every meeting I have been to has been at least 5 min late.

Small strong team of empowered women that are always looking to make improvements and help each other in the process.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I am positively impacted by the work I do. If I am doing well, I am compensated and recognized for that work.
What makes you most happy at work?
Connections with others through online services. Being able to be my goofy quirky self, but not being required to be in the same physical space as my coworkers.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I feel genuinely connected to my manager. I feel heard and I see changes based on the conversations I have with my manager and the engineering manager I work under.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Trust. My manager and engineering manager trust that I will get my work done. I don't feel pressured from them because they know if it's taking longer than expected, there is a reason. They don't push me to be online at specific hours. They know the work will get done in a timely reasonable manner.
