Culture, culture, culture! There is no team cohesion nor mutual understanding of roles or product or process knowledge. Confusion and frustration leads to stress and anxiety.
Proper change management processes to include all the acquired businesses and people PROPERLY! APAC needs a voice and support to have autonomy. There is a terrible "us vs them" culture within in the partner team. Moreover, our partner program lacks substance!
Relative to market, I think Everbridge ca do better with base salaries. Everbridge needs to look at a global company card scheme. Forcing employees to increase their risk and borrowing profiles just to carry company expenses is not good at all.
Instilling company values, morals and global culture. This is not evident internally nor externally. We're not "one everbridge" either. We separate companies running our own races causing internal confusion and frustration. As a recent new hire, I'm looking to leave Everbridge as fast as I can!
