here for less than 6 months, light is green, work/colleagues are good, no micromanagement, smart people, all good. "just" a small warning about compensation/benefits.

i can do my work, and i feel myself comfortable given the fact my initiatives are usually more than welcome

The mission in general is really good, working on systems that potentially save lives .. the environment comes along with that
What makes you most happy at work?
again, i like the fact that i have projects, lot of work, but all the needed confidency to do it, with no micromanagement.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
salary is lower than the market based on my background. I initiated this conversation during the onboarding, but the negociation was not easy. I have the feeling it will be re-evaluated in the future, so wait and see :-) + In term of benefits, i don't see a lot made for the swiss residents
