flexibility with my schedule and location and the fact that my managers trust me to do my job without micro managing me

I think they are just nice people that truly care about their coworkers and our new CEO is showing that he is kind and a good listener
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
the flexibility to not do the long commute to the office and to be remote when I need to. Also enjoy coming to the office and the environment when there are others in there as well
