I used to love working at everbridge but since last year the management of out team changed and the work environment became toxic. I hope things get better soon.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
We need to have collaborative meetings with other teams. Right now different teams under marketing work in silos.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The current team needs to better communicate the plans with the teams. There is no collaboration between teams from different geographies.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I am under paid and when i ask my manager about how i can improve to earn a raise, i was informed that the company cannot pay due to poor economic conditions.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is very helpful and ready to take on new projects. We do not have a supportive management and no clear communication on our development plans but the team is still powering through to the best of their capabilities.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I had a clear promotion plan in 2021 and then my manager resigned and the leadership of our team changed and since then i have not been appreciated for the work i have done and no feedback has been provided when i asked what i should improve.
