My experience over 5 years at everbridge has been mostly positive. With the recent layoffs in there is a lot of uncertainty and its becoming difficult to keep my employees happy and positive

As a female manager its taken me longer to be promoted and when I was finally promoted it was during a year in which were doing cut backs and not giving raises like we used to. Its disappointing to feel like im doing the same as male colleagues but not making as much
