People are genuinely very smart and talented and are helpful.

What makes you most happy at work?

My friends and immediate team, and the opportunity to learn new products and software.

What are some of the best things about your team?

People are quick to help each other out, very responsive on Slack, and always credit me for my ideas. I love learning from people smarter than I.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Below the industry standard pay raises despite high output and performance. My compensation compared to full time equivalent in the corporate sector is almost 40% lower. I will feel better when I am paid the industry standard.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

The leadership's focus appears to be misdirected towards superficial aspects like appearances, as evidenced by their significant investment in branding. However, more critical concerns are being overlooked, particularly the urgent need to address the infrastructure requirements for our software, VCC
