While I enjoy working with my team and the customers I've had the pleasure of working for, there have been so many leadership and company focus changes that it's hard to know what were working towards. It's hard to communicate to customers why things have been changing so frequently.

What is the best part about your compensation package?

Overall salary. I wish the bonus structure would change based on tenure.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Leadership seems to have a vision that isn't being communicated and they are prioritizing things that don't seem to be the overall consensus.

What are some of the best things about your team?

Despite being remote, we have been encouraged by our previous director to communicate with each other daily and to keep a culture of teamwork.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

My team is constantly offering to help each other without gaining any personal benefit. Outside of my team, it's hard to speak to the culture and environment since all the teams are so siloed.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Clearly communicating our vision without taking away resources. Having a better understanding of the day to day work of our lower employees. Empower product and engineering to make faster fixes and listen to customer concerns and requests.
