I have enjoyed my time as an EVBG employee because of the people I work with directly. I have great flexibility with hours and I enjoy what I do. Difficulties and stressful times have historically arisen for me when SMT makes changes without consulting the team members the changes directly affect.

What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is detail-oriented, hard-working, always looking for ways to improve, and they bring a positive energy that makes dealing with our daily challenges much more enjoyable. They are also very patient and understanding.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Our Company (at least, from my experience) is very accepting and tolerant of individuals with different backgrounds, sexual orientations, and identities. The efforts toward D&I are greatly appreciated and I feel safe being my authentic self here. There is also great flexibility for work-life balance
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
We need to stop terminating employees that are critical in our processes. For the past year or so my team has felt like we are working to plug holes in a sinking ship only for upper management to come onto the boat and poke more holes. I also feel there is not much transparency about these decisions
