There were many changes after the company acquisition, so things are not very stable in terms of work process, the tasks often have non-realistic deadlines which causes constant pressure, we feel always behind and 'fire fighting'.

Lately the assignment becane more varied and I have been feeling I am learning rather than been stuck.

My compensation stayed the same for a long time and it does not match what I've done for the company.
