In my opinion the salary is not according to the market and the same goes for benefits with dental insurance and eyeglasses I think it´t n

Interaction with people (even it is virtual for now) with my colleagues, talking to potential customers and being able to show them what a fantastic product we have for them

I think we are just in the process to have a competitive compensation package , I like the life insurance and to have health insurance although I think the health insurance would be able to be improve
