Everbridge gives all staff the tools to succeed and the freedom express their personality in their work. We focus on providing a unique experience for our customers which in turn gives our employees a unique experience. Our work is challenging and rewarding

The culture is very open and inclusive

Stocks that vest over time and the management bonus package is very good

The leadership team are open to new ideas and have a "open door" policy

Death in Service is good. Its good to know my family will be looked after if I die.

My team are honest and dynamic. My team are 'Best in class' and offer a wealth of expertise

I like the regular updates provided by our leadership team. I also like the constant presence in the media. We were neve so "public" previously

Everyone is happy to help. I also get a lot of questions from staff outside of my dept. so I'm regularly challenged on my knowledge

Regular feedback and the feeling of being needed. I also like that i'm not being micro-managed. My manager trusts that I get the job done.

Everyone on the team is intelligent and they are adults. There's no silly politics or personality issues as Everbridge drives to employ the best culture fit for our business
What makes you most happy at work?
As a manager I would say developing people. I love employing people and watching them grow. Seeing people with no technical experience drive forward in our business in to industry experts makes me proud of the work I do
