Being paid market value. Switching jobs would raise my pay by 25% easily

My colleagues make it what it is. Everbridge does not have a positive influence on this

Colleagues who are less qualified and not ready for promotions (and say this themselves) are promoted and win awards they do not deserve just because they spent more time networking than actually doing their job.\
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Understand that we are people, not numbers. And invest in salaries for other departments than sales. One sales employee makes about 4-5 times what other employees make and other employees are paid about 20-25% below market value.
