Some good, some bad. I feel the lack of transparency hurt a bit, bit the mission (and reason for why I work here) is extremely motivating. Do not get all the tools I need, and think I do a lot more that my compensations reflects. Miss communications from the company when we are at the home office

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel undervalued when every administrative decision about my compensation is postponed and given without it being a transparent process. Not every factor is included when in the compensation, and that is something I hope can be changed
