chain of command needs to go. 25%+ churn in first 2 quarters of year speaks to this.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

communication, integrity, equality. We operate in "chain of command" culture. 1400 employee's and you can only speak to peers and supervisor.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Comp is market for sales. Middle management is below market. Bonus skews actual OTE to the negative, sales are back loaded in fiscal. Bonus from earlier quarters largely unattainable. Middle manager comp is 1-2% of 1st year ARR.
