What do you like best about the leadership team?
I love working for Express. They treat you like family and are always there to support the fellow coworkers. I love the idea of helping people with their futures and providing for their families

Letting people have time to be properly trained. I was only given a week and a half. My first trainer trained me incorrectly, which I reported to my supervisor, two days later, I was fired.
