Review from Operations Dept

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

We clean terrible rooms for no compensation and hardly get tips.

Better support would be appreciated

Housekeepers need a raise for all of our hard work

More pay for the work

Due to the financial crisis of the pandemic and the minimum wage increasing recently I believe my pay does not match with the level of my work.

We don't get compensation for anything. We are asked to come in on our days off to help. Only to have one of our scheduled day to be taken. I now know and have proof she is adjusting our hr work. She is stealing our hr and pay

Review from Customer Support Dept

I am doing porter housekeeping and maintenance I was hired to do maintenance jobs my general manager is pushing the duties to me when he is supposed to do them.

Review from Engineering Dept

I feel that we all have worked since Covid-19 begun and still working, but new people are coming in making more. I feel we need a raise because we have been here and still here putting our lives on the line.

Yes I do, I think we need a raise because we have been working through Covid-19 and still working with out a raise since than. We have put our life on the line just like the other essential workers.

A pay raise i was told I would get 6 months ago

I am obligated to work for little pay. Doing jobs that are outside my job description.

To much work for one

Lowest pay compare to the other chains

I recently discovered that my shift being one of the hardest shifts. Makes the least amount out of my entire work staff group. Even new people being hired at the same shift as my own is making more then me.

I work very hard for extended stay America, and try my best to go above and beyond for the company, yet my manager has a terrible attitude and even worse management skills

Review from Customer Support Dept

I'm maintenance and just having what I need to do my job is the biggest issue

Review from Engineering Dept

They should have calles me in to tell me that my services were no longer need besides at home

Review from Operations Dept

I work hard and the pay is not fair

Review from Customer Support Dept

The mgr johnie did not care for the employees or kept the hotel in good condition. He played favorites and instigated employees against each other. He did not act like he cared at all about his employees.

Review from Customer Support Dept

The stress level from both the guests and management
