The guest, especially long term. Though management frowns upon getting to know the long-term guest. Even though they are extremely friendly with the guest themselves.

We need new manager someone who knows what their doing listens to the guest and the employees especially when they give their availability to her 4/5 times and she still gets it's wrong . She needs to put the schedule up on time every week so we can know what days we work . She needs to stop blami

So much to describe honestly

Mice in hotel big problem

I think we are outdated and corporate is old. They are out of touch

Nothing in this Hotel works properly have of the a/c doesnt work in the building and we havent had a maitnance guy for around 2 months

The management in place is still there but employees do not stay.

Most full time guests do not like the manager

If manager wasn't so negative and dnr everyone just cause they make her mad

I feel like I get wrongly accused before getting facts first

Management addressing employees that don't work or engage with customers, disciplining for inappropriate behavior. Not awarding bad behavior, or giving hours and vaca days to employees with parents higher up.
