Mice in hotel big problem
I think we are outdated and corporate is old. They are out of touch
Nothing in this Hotel works properly have of the a/c doesnt work in the building and we havent had a maitnance guy for around 2 months

Management addressing employees that don't work or engage with customers, disciplining for inappropriate behavior. Not awarding bad behavior, or giving hours and vaca days to employees with parents higher up.
