Teamwork less nagging from bosses about time

Be available to staff when we need to resolve an issue directly, not through email.

They are all scared to speak up about the problems that go on

that's management's job, not mine. You can't fix anything with incompetent managers coming and going. Along with frustrated staff coming and going as well. I'm dizzy from all the folks that have come and gone
