*they need to create realistic expectations to ensure the team is set for success. The lack of communication is mesmerizing. I worked for the last month more than 11 hours daily plus Saturdays and sundays. only to come back to the office and be aware that I am still behind schedule. FRUSTRATING!

He needs to 1. Have our backs when we need his support, instead of making his higher ups happy. 2. Have a much better knowledge of what we do day to day. 3. Give us his undivided attention when speaking to us. 4. Not be afraid of conflict, as some people in my dept get away with too much.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
From job postings, same position hiring for more than what I currently make. If you hop around from job to job you get paid more than something that has been dedicated to working hard for their employer.

It's not the money, its the culture that is an issue. Barely any women in leadership roles let alone in the company. I have been the only woman on my team, while we went on to hire 6 more men. Diversity and inclusity is a big issue with Fanatics despite what the CEO says.

more often than not, I feel like my manager isn't concerned with what is going on in my end of the business, we have "team" meetings but only parts of the department get spoken to or about and then its back to business. along with that, more and more is being expected of me but the pay remains same

My back ground and experience is paid around $100,000 in other companies. Fanatics pay way less than that. Also I am aware the people that came from CA with less experience or the same I experience I have are paid more. Yes, for the amount of work I do I deserve a better salary.

in general are nice people. Respectful and funny. However, we all should be held accountable to follow the business processes established. In my team if they don't agree with something they just don't do it. Creating uncertainty and other teams don't trust us.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Though we get our work done, the work ethic could be improved. I feel there is a lot of work that gets "phoned in", when something special could be done.

My coworkers are incredibly negative, and very vocal about it. The cubicle area I work in is needlessly loud and distracting. People with offices need to close their doors when they need to be in speaker conference calls. There is a lot of swearing in my dept, which I feel is very unprofessional.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Streamline processes, a lot of chiefs and very little indians. Working efficiently with technology that is going to help us work better. We do a lot of leg work when there are applications out there to make our work more effective.

I'm very enjoy working because I'm the one who really like sports and this company give me that. Another is people are so nice, environment in the company is nice. What's a happy life of working !

Work ethic of the team isn't great, and I don't really have many on my team I really relate to, other than my boss's.

My environment is too negative, loud and distracting. My manager is unorganized, and doesn't respect us. My job's process is never 100% clear, as it keeps changing, but isn't communicated. The work we do has changed drastically and I'm no longer interested. I'd like a new position that engages me.

its never enough, the amount of work is insane. However, the expectation is not to have mistakes, to be at all meetings, and know all the metrics. After working hard I come back to the office and hardly ever get recognized for my efforts. Instead I'm a told I am not doing enough.
