What do you like best about the leadership team?
US leadership team = clear goals, direction, information. UK leadership team = it's a very confused situation. We have a GM with an unclear role, and a bunch of us who get together as a "leadership team for international" but it's unclear how this feeds into the US.

Communicate throughout the company at ALL levels, understand what each group does and what they contribute, compensate for a job well done instead of trying to lowball developed talent.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Salary is competitive and within market rate

It's the higher end of the market rate banding which is good, it reflects the effort I put in.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
It's difficult to strike a balance - support functions are traditionally paid lower than sales people, but those functions (accountants, legal) carry personal risk by having licenses to practice. If we mess-up, we can lose our licenses. If a sales-person messes up, they go get a new job.

They care about their work and they care about the success of their team and this company. Many that don't and do very little are promoted to higher levels and don't belong there.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
My coworker are very close friends - so me being new is hard. Often they assume that I have the contact person, or know the process, for a certain division but they have not trained me. They are unwilling to train or share the knowledge they gained. I am not included as much as I should ( I think).

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I love the ambition that comes from the US. I wish some of the International folks would embrace that, instead of being a little bit "stuck in the Kitbag days"

I enjoy with I do with the specialized skills I have and utilize. My team is not very welcoming which makes me unhappy (very sad) at times, but overall I enjoy using my skills day-to-day. That makes me happy. Also, some of my other colleagues have been very nice, funny, & kind towards me.
