Collaborative team, keen to pull in same direction. We're all appreciative of the high workloads we get.

It's the higher end of the market rate banding which is good, it reflects the effort I put in.

I get paid to do a job that I love, in a biz area that I love - sports!

We are changing the game! It's exciting to be part of a company that wants to pivot, take risks, try new things.

I love the ambition that comes from the US. I wish some of the International folks would embrace that, instead of being a little bit "stuck in the Kitbag days"
What do you like best about the leadership team?
US leadership team = clear goals, direction, information. UK leadership team = it's a very confused situation. We have a GM with an unclear role, and a bunch of us who get together as a "leadership team for international" but it's unclear how this feeds into the US.
