Leader ship team communication is bullying and verbal abuse to the staffs, top management is not resolve the problems and throw back to their staffs and blame them if the staff cannot resolve it. I think leader ship have to listen the opinions from staffs with open suggestion.

No upward momentum for raises and promotions in fanatics brands. Art department undervalued.

I am working overtimes and the workloads is overwhelmed, but salary increase is symbolic. It is not fair the staffs have to work overtime every day even working at weekend, but just got little bit salary increase and no bonus being paid for year of 2018

Avoiding bullying culture, varying hours, work life balance is very concerned, Fanatics employee do not have work life balance, too many useless meeting. The company is focuses on customers and money but don't care about employee.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Lots of judgment around COVID vaccination status. This position of the leadership and HR is counter to logic, liberty, and federal laws against forcing individuals to take experimental drugs. Nuremberg code, look it up.
