Treat team members as peers , rather than beneath them. Respect team members opinions/ideas instead of talking over them or making them feel stupid for speaking up. Treat team members with respect and like adults, instead of talking down to them. Allow all team members to have input in meetings

Working more as a team/ processes are extremely divided, departments lack the opportunity to create inclusion across all business channels and there is no clear effort made. Because many processes differentiate from team to team its often hard to seek support.

All decisions are made in a reactive way, instead of being given the chance to be proactive. There is hardly any forethought for all of our projects. Beng in 'reaction mode" which is not a sustainable way to operate. I know we are a fast growing company, but some things need to be thought out.
