I love working for Fanatics, but I wish there was more room for development. I also think there are occasions when if you just get on with your job you are over looked and undervalued, whereas if you're a "difficult" employee you get more recognition.

Relaxed atmosphere. Trusted to get on with your job without being micro-managed. Flexibility.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Receiving the same compensation as those that do the same role as you. Private healthcare option for all employees, not just those who are on a higher salary.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Treat team members as peers , rather than beneath them. Respect team members opinions/ideas instead of talking over them or making them feel stupid for speaking up. Treat team members with respect and like adults, instead of talking down to them. Allow all team members to have input in meetings
