Base pay is great and I have a healthy bonus percentage which is really motivating. I believe it is critical to have both a strong base pay and opportunity to be paid by performance and we have both plus equity which is the trifecta.

There is market cap for each position, but fanatics take those caps as a joke, and which make me feel undervalued. In fanatics there is no transparency regarding compensation. It would feel better if fanatics start taking compensation seriously, employee should not ask and fight for it every year.

We have a relatively big team working on a relatively small problem. While there is plenty of work that theoretically needs to be done, it's not clear what would really move the needle and it's hard to avoid stepping on other's toes. I try to find work to stay busy, but it's hard to stay engaged.
