Fanatics isn't keeping up with the rising cost of living especially where their headquarters are located - specifically in Tampa rent has risen nearly 30% in 2 years and a cost of living adjustment still hasn't been offered.

The company lacks the ability of growth and investment into its employees that it sees with the advancements of the company. I will be with the company for four years and i have only had an 11% raise when I was promoted a level. I have since moved to a better account with no raise.

It's situational, but I am not paid fairly compared to my male counterparts. I would feel more valued if the company would do research into avg salary across position, gender, etc. and publish out to the company.
