Understanding what it is like to work at a lower position in the organization. Most of our higher ups have come from lower tier positions and seem to forget the struggles of daily work in the admin 1-3 positions

What is the best part about your compensation package?
I am paid very fairly. When you can live on what you make, it makes you want to work harder than ever for your team and company.

Unlimited time off. I don't personally use much, but it is nice to know we can take the time when needed (sick kids, doctors appts, etc)

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am a seasonal employee and do not receive benefits. While I am very happy with my compensation, benefits would make a huge difference to me.

I feel like with rising cost of living and as companies raise their wages for their entry level employees, I feel as if sometimes I am overlooked since I never complain. The responsibilities/expectations of my position have grown tremendously in the past year. My manager is aware but HR has not moved on compensation. I see promotions for Nike and other departments but feel that my department is always overlooked. It leaves myself and teammates feeling under valued.

We work together to meet the needs of the company. We are viewed as a data entry team but we do so much more than that. Our team is essential and should be valued as such.

Stop letting negative attitudes thrive, we seem to value and cater to people with negative views and opinions and never discipline people for being outwardly negative about the job.

Cost of living/pay increases commensurate to current economy. Tech support fixes for FMS to support my role. Acknowledgement of my department and our role in the business' success.

The whole experience needs overhauled. We are underpaid and overworked in our field. I feel taken advantage of while i am at work. There is 0 recognition for what we do and how we help and support our fellow workers in operations.
