I have seen a lot of talented people leave in the last year due to being overworked, under paid and under valued. I would like to see this company treat their employees better via compensation and levelized workloads when possible.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Having a manager that I can talk to in any scenario that understands and supports me. Believing in the product.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Cost of living/pay increases commensurate to current economy. Tech support fixes for FMS to support my role. Acknowledgement of my department and our role in the business' success.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We work together to meet the needs of the company. We are viewed as a data entry team but we do so much more than that. Our team is essential and should be valued as such.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The responsibilities/expectations of my position have grown tremendously in the past year. My manager is aware but HR has not moved on compensation. I see promotions for Nike and other departments but feel that my department is always overlooked. It leaves myself and teammates feeling under valued.
