I enjoy that the Fanatics leadership team is very transparent in communicating updates, news, changes, etc. in a fast manner to employees. The leadership team is approachable, down to earth, and do not lead with intimidation rather are welcoming and encouraging.

I believe there is still a gender gap in pay for same roles. This is an area of continual improvement.

I don't feel undervalued, but I do think the compensation is somewhat subjective and there are some gender gaps that need to be addressed. But they are being addressed! So that's great. It's a work in progress.

A more substantial raise than the 3% annual cost-of-living increase. My cost of living has increased more than that, and I never received a pay bump to correspond with my change in job title over a year ago.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Whether we're in the office or working remote, we are connecting and collaborating effectively. I love that we all have lunch together on Wednesdays when we're in the office

The company is driving more awareness of the core values so that all employees see how the work carried out aligns with the values. Another positive is that the company is growing at light speed and people are comfortable with constant change.
