I don't feel undervalued, but I do think the compensation is somewhat subjective and there are some gender gaps that need to be addressed. But they are being addressed! So that's great. It's a work in progress.

A more substantial raise than the 3% annual cost-of-living increase. My cost of living has increased more than that, and I never received a pay bump to correspond with my change in job title over a year ago.
