Communicate with each other and x-functionally. The leaders need to learn to communicate and understand how the company works at a lower functioning level. There are so many new leaders that really do not know how processes and systems work x-functionally.

There are many who are not courteous of other people's work in the office. They are very loud and make it hard for me to do my work and even join meetings from my desk.

My department is very segregated, it does not have positive work culture. It is very overloaded with work and we need a lot more headcount which leads to having a negative outlook and no time to build healthy and positive work relationships. The team is also very political and at times toxic.

moved really fast. First interview with recruiter, then interview with the manager over the phone, one 3 hour on campus interview with the team, and finally a technology interview with the manager. Took about 1 month for application to offer.
