What is the best part about your compensation package?
Health Care benefits are superior compared to the industry. This really takes a lot of stress off of employees.

that's a perfect world question without a perfect answer. celebrate our differences, recognize our strengths, and learn as much as we can from each other. any two will work.

A negative attitude is fairly prevalent. Mostly they are loners/independent workers who don't like sharing ideas or working together as a team.
