Leader ship team communication is bullying and verbal abuse to the staffs, top management is not resolve the problems and throw back to their staffs and blame them if the staff cannot resolve it. I think leader ship have to listen the opinions from staffs with open suggestion.

I would like to be on par with equivalent title holders across the organization. I unfortunately know for a fact I am not.

I have never had a review. I have never been presented with an assessment concerning my salary as it relates to external comps and internal comps. Additionally, when people left I have absorbed two large pieces of business with no adjustment to my compensation.

Avoiding bullying culture, varying hours, work life balance is very concerned, Fanatics employee do not have work life balance, too many useless meeting. The company is focuses on customers and money but don't care about employee.
