Our team is loyal, friendly and corroborative. Egos are often checked at the door.

The leadership team is decisive. That alone is a trait that many leaders do not posses.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I would like to be on par with equivalent title holders across the organization. I unfortunately know for a fact I am not.

I have never had a review. I have never been presented with an assessment concerning my salary as it relates to external comps and internal comps. Additionally, when people left I have absorbed two large pieces of business with no adjustment to my compensation.
