Understand what my position does and brings and compensate accordingly.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

The people I sit with and the fact that they have the same work ethic as I do and care about how their work impacts others.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Communicate throughout the company at ALL levels, understand what each group does and what they contribute, compensate for a job well done instead of trying to lowball developed talent.

What are some of the best things about your team?

They care about their work and they care about the success of their team and this company. Many that don't and do very little are promoted to higher levels and don't belong there.
