Approachable and available for every member of the Fanatics' team to get in touch, raise a concern.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
It's difficult to strike a balance - support functions are traditionally paid lower than sales people, but those functions (accountants, legal) carry personal risk by having licenses to practice. If we mess-up, we can lose our licenses. If a sales-person messes up, they go get a new job.
