Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?I think there are athletes here that carry titles and levels not appropriate to what they have earned, both good and bad. Some are lower than they should be and many are higher than they should be. This carries with it higher pay and pay caps. I feel some were not fairly evaluated for all jobs done.
