Underpaid and with poor benefits. My wife's company gives poor benefits and they're better than what we get here at faneuil.

Never gonna happen, but care about the wellbeing of employees and customers. provide better compensation and benefits and more thourough training.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
pay attention in their trainging. I believe that would be more likely to occur if we were fairly compensated for our time.
