What would you improve about your company's interview process?
New management staff who know about the duties of the positions they are interviewing for.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Honestly, everything. Its a new company in town but they are not organized and extremely rude to ball their employees.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Basically the frustration of having to deal with the negative attitudes of the staff makes everyone's attitudes be down and not wanting to be at work.
