I have bragged about Farmers since I started, especially the last 3 yrs. But that has quickly changed since last week when it was announced that the promise of staying remotely working was broken and we would be forced to go back to office. I will NEVER recommend Farmers to anyone
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There is little positivity to talk about since the new CEO took over Farmers. Very disgusted with the way he has treated his employees.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The leadership team, including CEO Raul Vargas, does not care about their employees. One of the best companies I've worked for (so I thought) has quickly turned into a company I do not trust with ANYTHING they tell us anymore.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
New CEO, Raul Vargas, is a selfish person who came into the company with one thing in mind and that's himself. He doesn't care about his employees, as that has been very prevalent recently. He does not care about anyone's opinion, input, or situation. Very disappointed
